Abstract

This Research have purpose to determine the effect of Compensation and Turnover Intention on the performance of PT Jombang Intermedia Pers employees. This type of research is explanatory research that explains or proves the relationship of influence between independent and dependent variables. This research used a sample of 17 respondents where questionnaires were distributed to employees of PT Jombang Intermedia Pers. Sampling using saturated sampling technique because the number of samples is less than 30 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS ver.24. The result of the analysis in the T test concluded that Compensation does not have a significant effect on the employee performance of PT Jombang Intermedia pers and Turnover Intention has a significant effect on the performance of PT Jombang Intermedia Pers employees. Whereas based on the result of the F test, it found that the significance is smaller than 0,05 so that Compensation and Turnover Intention jointly affect the performance of  PT Jombang Intermedia Pers employees. The results of the calculation table model summary obtained, the R number or the coefficient of determination of 0.835 indicates that the correlation or relationship between employee performance and two independent variables is in the strong category.
